This set includes (2) 2" x 9ft. Adjustable Assemblies that wrap around the axle of the car or through the slots in your wheels then snaps in the the adjustable D-ring. The strap has a protective wear pad for more protection against wear and tear around the axle or attachment point. The 2" long wide ratchet handles with twisted snap hooks makes using these easy for mulitple types of attachments to your trailer.
